Try mindfulness on the go. Look around you and find something to focus on. It could be a leaf, a sparrow or a cloud – anything you can see. Study what you have found, and consider how unique it is. If it’s a bird, how far has it flown, where was the nest it hatched in? If it’s a leaf, what tree did it come from, how old might the tree be and how many people have climbed it? Be curious.
